Suzanne Lynn Southwick, 61, of Matthews Run Road, Sugar Grove, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Warren General Hospital. Born November 27, 1960 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary L. Kutzavitch who survive her. Also surviving is her husband, Thomas Southwick; 4 sisters, Debbie Bond, Kathleen Kutzavitch, Diane Hastings, and Karen Robbins; a niece, Rachel Robbins and a nephew, Jacob Robbins.
Suzanne was retired from her employment at Warren State Hospital where she was a Psychiatric Nurse. McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. 117 Main St., Sugar Grove, PA are in charge of arrangements. At the family's request, no services will be held.
