Raymond Clifford French

Raymond Clifford French, 73, of 190 Scott Run Road, Warren, PA passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022.  Born July 26, 1948, in Elmira, New York, he was the son of the late Albert L. and Mary J. Ploss French.  Raymond graduated from Youngsville High School.  He was formerly employed at Suppa Lumber, Superior Tire and Bush Industries.  He married Carol Rounds French 56 years ago on September 9, 1965. He enjoyed watching western and action shows on TV.  He liked classic cars, loved to drink beer,  and spend quality time with his grandchildren.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by 6 children, Rebecka (Axel) Johnson, Sr., Jennifer (Barry) Hicks, Jeffrey (Heidi) French, Dominic French, Leanna Rickerson and partner Larry Babcock, Jr. and Raymond French; 1 sister, Dorothy Rounds; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Albert French in infancy and 4 sisters, Mary Ellen Peters, Jane Deering, Ada Reil and Ellen Walas. The family suggests memorial may be made to Carol French.  Friends will be received at McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc  in Youngsville  from 2-4 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022.  A funeral service will  be held on Tuesday at 1 pm at the funeral home.    Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery, Starbrick, PA.  Condolences may be left at www.mckinneyfuneral.com
