Kenneth Paul "Smiley" Ristau, Jr.

Kenneth Paul "Smiley" Ristau, Jr., 67, of Warren, PA, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at UPMC Hamot  in Erie, PA, after a brief illness.  Born March 26, 1954, he was the son of the late Kenneth Paul Ristau, Sr. and Marian Keller Ristau.  He graduated from Youngsville High School  in the class of 1973.  He was employed for many years in the Shipping Department at Betts Industries in Warren.  He was a member of the Youngsville American Legion.  He enjoyed doing yardwork and was an avid fisherman and hunter.   Surviving are his sons, Chad (Kaitlyn Wheeler) Ristau of Russell and Daniel (Veronica Brady) Ristau of Warren; his sister, Nancy Bumbarger of Warren; his brother, Rick (Andrea) Ristau of Warren and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Ronald Bumbarger.  Friends will be received at McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 W. Main St., Youngsville,  on Thursday March 24, 2022  from 6 - 8 pm and  also one hour prior to an 11 am service at the funeral home on Friday.  A graveside service will follow  in Westview Cemetery in Starbrick.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.mckinneyfuneral.com
