Kenneth Eugene Pugh, 74, of Youngsville, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie. Born August 13, 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio, he was the son of the late Forest Ogden Pugh and Katherine Cutlip Johnson. After High School, Kenneth served his country in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam. He was employed for over 25 years at Delux Metals in Warren and retired from Ellwood ENC in Irvine. He was a member of the Sugar Grove AMVETS and the Halgren-Wilcox Post 658 of the American Legion in Youngsville. Kenneth loved to hunt and fish, and ride his "wheeler" and his motorcycle. He was an outdoorsman, and was happiest when he was outside. Surviving is his wife, Bonnie Simmons Pugh; 2 daughters, Paula (Jefferson) Miller of Youngsville and Laura (Christopher Shields) Pugh of Tidioute, PA; a stepdaughter, Lisa Kays of Jamestown, NY; 2 sisters, Linda Fehlman of Youngsville and Bertha Lucille Fisher of Garland, PA; 8 grandchildren, Duston, Austin, Lucas, Jordan, Jacob, Ashley, Rockael and Hanna; several great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepson, Daniel Kays; 2 sisters, Mable Foster and Rosa Lee Lyon; and his beloved dog, Bella. Family and Friends will be received at McKinney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 West Main St., Youngsville, PA from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday, August 28, 2023 where a funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor of the Youngsville Free Methodist Church on Davis Street officiating. Full military honors will also follow at a graveside service at 2 pm at Riverside Cemetery in Pittsfield, PA.
