Judith E. Snavley

Judith E. Snavley, 80 of Sulphur Springs Road, Youngsville, PA, passed away June 28, 2022 at Warren Manor.  Born May 30, 1942 in Warren, she was the daughter of Walter C. and Elnora M. Reider Roberts. She was married to Donald C. Snavley who preceded her in death.  She was retired from her employment at the Department of Human Services in Warren where she was a social worker.  During her career there, she developed the Parent Education Program and helped to develop a father’s support group.  She will be remember for devoting much of her life to children, both personally and professionally.  Surviving is her daughter, Amy (Leonard) Tobolski of Youngsville, PA; 2 grandsons, Cooper Tobolski of Youngsville and Cody (Elizabeth) Tobolski of Clarington, PA; 2 great grandsons, Dante and Axel Tobolski of Clarington.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Roberts.  The last years of Judith’s life, she returned to the valley she loved even though she still wouldn’t drink the sulphur water.  Friends will be received at the McKinney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 West Main Street, Youngsville on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from noon to 2 pm at which time a memorial service will be held at 2 pm. Burial will follow and will be private in Youngsville Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests those wishing to make a memorial donation may do so to ANF Feline Friends, 3 North Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371
