John Flasher Obituary

John James Flasher, 80, of Youngsville Road, Pittsfield, PA, passed on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital, Erie, Pa. He was born October 1, 1942 on Davey Hill, Pittsfield, PA, the son of the late Delmar and Victoria Lawson Flasher. He graduated from Tidioute High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was employed for many years as a Crane Operator at the National Forge Company in Irvine, PA. John married Sharon Green Flasher who survives him. Also surviving is 1 sister, Remetta Anthony; 2 brothers, Floyd Flasher and Edward Flasher; 2 daughters, Tammy Hursey and Christine Greene; and a step-son, Christopher Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, John Tyler Stufflebeam. No services will be held per John's wishes.
