Lee Linville, 92, of 448 E. Main St., Apt. 12, Youngsville, died Sunday, June 30, 2019 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.  Born March 18, 1927, in Fairview, Kentucky,  he was the son of the late Claude and Nannie Lee Ellison Linville.  Lee was retired from the Army Airforce after 20 years of service and then served in the National Guard and the Reserves.  He was also employed for several years as a machinist and truckdriver.  Lee attended the Youngsville Free Methodist Church.  Surviving is his son, Lee Eric Linville of Youngsville and his daughter, Louise Anne Linville of Texas; 2 brothers, Ben Linville of Kentucky and David Linville of Michigan; 2 sisters, Beulah Fryman of Kentucky and Margaret Smith of Indiana; 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Sylvia May Linville, Gladys Cousin and Georgia Pribble and a brother, Clarence Linville.  Friends will be received at the McKinney Funeral Home, 54 W. Main St., Youngsville, on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from noon to 2 pm when a funeral service will follow at 2 pm.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Pittsfield, PA.  Those wishing to place a memorial, may do so to the Youngsville Free Methodist Church.

I am a great nephew of Uncle Lee through his sister (my grandmother) Beulah Fryman. I'm so sorry to miss your service. I found out too late. My condolences to the family.
I will never forget his gift for storytelling. He was such a good dude.
