Mr. Kenneth Buckley,
86, passed away Saturday,
March 21, 2015, at 9:15am
in Warren Manor following
an extended illness. He was
born September 1, 1928 in
Cranberry Twp., Venango,
county to the late John F.
and Nellie Hazlett Buckley.
A lifetime area resident,
Ken was an owner/operator
of big rigs and after retiring
from that, he drove tour
buses for local providers.
He enjoyed hunting when
able, western movies and
novels, but his first love
was NASCAR.
He is survived by two
daughters, Thelma Thompson
and husband Carl,
Columbus, Debbie Lunger
and husband Edgar, Bear
Lake; a son Michael Buckley
and wife Jolene, Perry,
FL; nine grandchildren; 17
great grandchildren; a
brother Howard Buckley,
FL; a sister, Helen Spinks,
Pleasantville; and several
nieces and nephews.
In addition to his
parents, Ken was preceded
by his wife, Helen Miller Buckley.
A memorial service will
be held at 1:00, Saturday,
March 28, 2015 at the
McKinney Funeral Home,
Youngsville with Rev. Tim
Olsen, pastor, Garland
Congregation. Friends will
be received at the funeral
home two hours prior to the
service.
The McKinney Funeral
Home and Cremation Services
is in charge of arrangements.
