William A. (Bill) Baughman of 128 Rainbow Dr. #2896, Livingston, TX 77399, went to be with his Lord on June 5, 2014 in Livingston, TX.

 

He was born September 3, 1925 in Hallton, PA.  A son of the late Alfred and Murial Wingard Baughman.

 

He graduated from Spring Creek High School in Portland Mills, PA, and then served in the Army during World War ll.  He retired in 1986 from National Forge, Irvine, PA, after 35 years.  Bill liked to work with wood, making crafts until he and his wife, Donna, sold their house in Warren, PA and lived and traveled in a motor home for 14 years before settling in Livingston, TX in 2003.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Margie Devore, of 40 years,   and a sister Eleanor Craig, brother’s Robert Baughman,  Ernie Baughman, Cecil Baughman, half brother Dennis Baughman and half sister, Noami Baughman.

 

He is survived by his wife, Donna King Baughman, Livingston, TX;  2 sister-in-laws,  Bertha Baughman,  Lorraine (Ronnie) Baughman;  sister, JoAnn (Bob) Yeager;  son, Gary Baughman, McKees Rocks, PA; daughter, Kathy (Dave) Taylor, Columbus, IN;  stepdaughters. Vicki Tomica and Tina (Carl) Seeker, Warren, PA;  stepson, Jay (Stacy) Wiedmaier, Strasburg. CO;  step brothers, James & Victor Black, Hallton, PA, step sister Noreen Mosier. 2 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

Memorials may be sent to the CARE Center, 155 Care Center Dr., Livingston, TX 77351. 

A Memorial Service will be held at McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. in Youngsville on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11 am with Rev. Ricky Nelson officiating.

I will miss you Bill. You were such a great part of our family and a good brother-in-law. I will miss your warm hug, sweet smile, and that marvelous sense of humor.

Donna and family,
We were so sorry to hear of Bill's death, and our thoughts and prayers have been with you during these days. We regret we will be unable to attend the service on Saturday as that is the date of our missionary convention in Butler, so we will be out of town. Sending prayers.
