Melvin Thomas Murvine, 26, of  Youngsville, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 21st,  as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.

Melvin was born in California on August 13, 1986, a son of Ruth (Austerman) Shepp and the late Melvin Thomas Clark. He graduated from Youngsville High School and had received certificates for Job Corps, Fire Fighting and Contracting.

He was a Union Contractor where he was a member of the Laborers' International Union of North America Local 603 and a member of Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Association.

Melvin is survived by a Brother, David (Marianne) Austerman, of Sykesville, PA; his maternal grandparents, Barbara and Don Messenheimer, paternal grandfather, Robert Clark of California and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.   

A memorial service will be held at the Youngsville Fire Hall  on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 2 pm with Rev.  Jeffrey York   officiating.  A luncheon will follow for family and friends at the Fire Hall.  Friends may order flowers, sign the on-line guestbook or send an e-condolence at www.mckinneyfuneral.com

Our prayers and sympathy go out to Melvin's family. (we knew him from various classes taken together and from mutual aid calls.) Prayers go out to his many Fire Dept. family members also. He will be greatly missed by many.

Melvin was a great guy. I've known him since high school and he was always there to help out anyone. So sorry to hear of his passing. Thoughts and prayers going out for his family and friends.

My sincere sympathy to the family of Melvine. He was not only one of a kind, he had a big heart and a smile that made you smile along with him. My wish is that he would have known how many of us truly cared for him, and how many of us will miss him!

We want to express our deep condolences in the death of Melvin. Every post we have seen of him he is always remembered as a man with a big, giving heart. This is a true description of him.
