Dear McMillen family,
You have lost a very wonderful man. Bud will always have a special place in my heart. No matter how bad he felt, he could always make me laugh. You all have my deepest sympathy and if there is anything I can do, please let me know.

Sorry to hear that you are no longer with us, Bud. It seems that so many of our old swimming hole group are disappearing and heading for their home far away. I remembered your name as part of the group that hung around Ivan's and the swimming hole, then I tried so hard to remember your face and your voice which seemed to have escaped me. Time does that I guess, but the feelings of happy days of summer remain strong within me, and you were apart of them. This Smith Sister, says Thanks for the memories! May you be in the arms of God, before the first tear drop falls.
