She was involved as a member of Sugar Grove Volunteer Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary where she was highly active working at many of the various events.  Arlene was very well known in her community and had many friends, in which she called family.  She touched so many lives in so many ways and she will be fondly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children Owen (Julie) Williams of Warren and Sue Johnson of Sugar Grove; Daughters-in law, Debbie (Leo) Moses of Pittsfield and Annette Williams of Clymer.  Preceding her in death were her sons, Dennis Williams, Andre Williams and John Williams.  Also preceding her were her siblings, Walter York, Ralph York, Philip (Hap) York, William (Bill) York, Bobbie York, Vivian Reed, May Irwin, Florence Lawson and Mary Knerr.

She was very  blessed by a large family.  She is survived by grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Entwisle, Brady (Erin) Williams, Tyler (Kallie) Williams, Heather (Tommy) Raleigh, Megan (Tim) Williams, Tara Williams, Denny Williams, Jeremy (Michelle) Williams, Toby (Courtney) Williams, Cody Williams, Niki (Phil) Chapman-Heubach, Renee (Matt) Lang, Sarah (Alex) Drollinger, and Jesse (Ann) Williams; 20 great-grandchildren, and  3 great-great grandchildren.
